Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to the noise from a wedding reception above my room, which was not disclosed during booking. Despite this, the location near downtown restaurants was convenient, and the staff were eager to help. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by poor management in response to my complaints about the noise.
My stay at the Crag's Lodge was quite memorable. The beautiful surroundings of Estes Park and stunning mountain views made it a perfect getaway. The room was comfortable, though a bit dated, and the outdoor amenities provided a relaxing atmosphere. However, the restaurant reservation process was frustrating and left a lot to be desired. Overall, it's a great place for those looking to enjoy nature with some charming historic character, but there are areas needing improvement.
I had an amazing stay at the Crags Lodge! The cozy two-room suite was perfect for my needs with a stunning view of the mountains. The service was outstanding, particularly during my son's wedding, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. However, I found the resort fee a bit bothersome given the limited amenities available during my visit, and some noise from the pipes was disruptive at night.
The Crags offers a unique experience with its historic charm and stunning views. The staff at the bar were exceptional, providing a welcoming atmosphere, while the overall service left something to be desired due to a confusing situation regarding dining options. The rooms, while clean, felt a bit small and lacked air conditioning, making them less comfortable at times. Overall, it's a good place for a brief stay, but not without its quirks.
I had a nice stay at this lodge, which offered a cozy atmosphere and well-equipped kitchenette. Although the room was a bit small, it kept warm during the chilly winter nights. The lodge's tucked-away location provided a peaceful retreat, but some facilities felt a bit outdated, and I encountered a few inconveniences during my visit that detracted from the overall experience.
